2. After submitting the form, you will receive an email with a link to pay for the Wife Material Mentorship package.

3. Please email us at wifematerialja@gmail.com with proof of payment (attach screenshots of application and mentorship payment confirmation page) with the following subject line: "Proof of payment_Full Name"
